-
A silo to store the BICAR®
-
For small consumers, a big-bag unloading system is all that is needed.
-
A big-bag of active carbon or lignite coke where an adsorbent is required
-
A compact group for grinding and pneumatic transportation of the sodium bicarbonate (typical dimensions: 150 cm x 150 cm x 150 cm).
The grinder is of the impact variety (hammer or broach): the absence of contact between the fixed and moving parts guarantees long life, low maintenance and low electricity consumption (typically between 10 and 20 kW).
This complete unit is available, along with its control box, from several suppliers with extensive experience of the NEUTREC® process. It is placed between the BICAR® storage (silo or big-bag) and the BICAR® injection piping.
-
Transportation piping with direct injection into the flue.
-
The flue should be long enough to provide a minimum of 1 second of contact. Where the flue is too short or where heavy abatement performances are required while using an electrofilter, a reactor will have to be installed.
-
A bag filter (or an electrofilter) to collect the purification residues.
-
A mechanical or pneumatic system for transporting the purification residues.
-
A silo for storing the residual chemicals
